What will happen to Jane at Millcote? Will it be a better experience than that of Lowood Institution?
Millcote is a new beginning for Jane. She is no longer under supervision of teachers at Lowood, and her own destiny is finally in her hands. This is a new beginning for Jane, and I think it will be interesting to see how it plays out. Millcote will be a good start for Jane, a chance for her to exercise her talents that she was not able to before. She is no longer on restraint, and now she needs to be accountable for her actions and watch herself.
I think Jane will mature even more at Millcote. She hasn't hardly explored the outside world before because she has just been in the same two places her whole life. She will be able to think for herself for once, and won't be restricted by that many rules anymore. It's a great chance for Jane to start a new part of her life.
